Turning the key or thumbturn clockwise will deadlock the lock. The lock is opened by turning the key or the thumbturn counter clockwise. The door can then be opened by the handles. The lock case works with the 0043, 0045, 0049 and 0068 striker plates. The lock case works with Scandinavian cylinders. Mortice standard: SFS 5210, SS 81 73 82
