Use full sheet size Entry Permit Tags when space is limited for displaying a permit holder.
The Entry Permit tag is designed to be hung at the location of use, eliminating the need for a permit holder. Tear-resistant, waterproof, PF-Cardstock tags won't crack or shrink over a wide temperature range. Includes a 3/8" pull-proof, metal grommet for secure fastening.
11" × 8-1/2" double-sided tag features OSHA's Appendix D-2 Entry Permit on the front and Appendix D1-B Pre-Entry checklist on the back.
