Kit comes complete with post (choose from three colors), inner core and hinge, base, grips, and pin. Designed to withstand multiple hits at high speed and still maintain its vertical positioning. Available in full length tubular or with a flat top. Base adheres to pavement using 2-part epoxy (sold separately).
