Communicate specifics to employees about service being performed and provide them with a point of contact and the expected completion with these tags produced specifically for our 120/240 Circuit Breaker Lockout.
Unique tag design fits over special octagon-shaped tab on the inside of the STOPOUT Circuit Breaker Lockout device and STOPOUT Tag 'n Hang Hasp. Tag is secured when the device is clamped down in the locked position to show the full face of the tag at all times. Tags measure 401/2" × 2-1/8" and are durable, 15-mil RP-Plastic material.
