The AM642 Series Vandal-Resistance Entrance Panel is a heavy duty series for use with Alpha Communications (and other manufacturer's) loudspeaker type open voice apartment stations.The anodized aluminum panel is available in two sizes. The 5.00" × 11.50" panel accommodates from 2 to 8 push buttons (in multiples of 1), and the 5.00" × 17.25" panel is used for applications requiring from 10 to 16 push buttons (in multiples of 2), or for panels with a built-in postal release switch option (add suffix 'P').Panels are equipped with a weather resistant mylar speaker protected by a louvered speaker grille and perforated aluminum material. The speaker panel can accommodate up to 16 push buttons and actuators. Push button actuators are suitable for engraving. In addition, the panel also contains up to 16 name holders made of BLACK flame retardant polycarbonate plastic with clear flame retardant polycarbonate plastic strips that snap easily into the panel and are individually replaceable.
