The Alpha Page 232 pocket page system, from Alpha Communications, is a microprocessor based pocket paging interface system designed to receive messages from nurse call systems, fire alarm systems, access control systems, security systems, industrial equipment and other systems via RS-232 data. Data in the following formats may be used: raw ASCII, ANY serial printer output, TAP/PET, COMP1, COMP2. The received data is formatted and immediately sent to one or more pocket pagers. Custom formatting is available and custom messages can be easily changed by the user at any time.
