Details: Alpha Communication NC475DESK Tek-Care Server Unit-Desk Type
The NC475DESK is supplied with a touchscreen monitor, keyboard, and mouse, and is used as the main monitor for a non-voice Tek-CARE system. Major features of the NC475 include: Updated GUI that matches the NC415 layout and feel. Increased capacity for mobile apps, Apple TVs, and Windows apps. On-board display for items such as backups and faults. Automatic backup to USB key with ability to load backup onto new machine. Ability to serve Apple TV apps, new Windows remote app, and new NC403TS and NC404TS master stations. Users cannot close the monitor window. All software updates will be based on this hardware. No future updates will be released for existing NC474 Tek-BRIDGE machines.
