Details: Alpha Communication RY008AE 8-Output AlphaEntry Signal Relay Board
The Alpha Communications RY008AE 8-Output Signal Relay Boards are used to provide 8 timed relays to be triggered by our AlphaEntry software, running on a Windows based PC. These relay boards can also be used with the AlphaEcall 200 series Emergency-Call systems as well as the AlphaTouch smart video-intercom systems. The primary use is for an entry intercom (or video-intercom) system, with a PC-based graphical directory and calling system. Multiple RY008AE boards can be used on each AlphaEntry system, and can be intermixed with the RY032AE 32-relay boards as well. Each relay comes factory set as Normally Open (NO), but can individually be changed to Normally Closed (NC) by moving a simple jumper adjacent to each relay. The RY008AE boards are powered from a 5VDC, 2A plug-in power supply (model KE-PWR5/2A). The first RY008AE board connects to the PC using a model# CT032AE6 connector cable (as extender cable as required).
