Details: Alpha Communication VCU6 Video-Intercom Amplifier/Power Supply (VMH25A/VH30A Series)
The Alpha Communications / S .T.R. VCU6 amplifier/power supplies are used with the S.T.R. video-intercom systems, to provide intercom amplification, power to operate the electric door opener(s) etc., and power to operate the video monitor units.
The VCU6 units each require a 16VAC (40VA) and 12VAC (20VA) low-voltage Class II transformer for power. Use our model T1640 (16VAC) plug-in transformer and our model T1240 (12VAC) plug-in transformer for each VCU6.These VCU6 amplifier/power supplies are designed to easily surface mount right onto the finished wall by means of customer supplied screws or the convenient plastic 'Din Rail' bracket supplied with each power supply. Connections are positive screw terminal type.
