The Alpha Communications WSD505 Wireless Smoke Detector is for use with the AlphaEcall 200 series (AlphaECall200) Wireless Emergency Call System.The WSD505 is built upon photoelectric ESL technology, that continually monitors its own sensitivity and operational status. The detector provides drift compensation and visual display of over- or under sensitivity so that corrective action can be taken to reduce false alarms. Wireless frequency hopping technology maximizes range and reliability. The WSD505 is powered by two (2) included 3V Lithium batteries, and battery life is estimated at up to five (5) years, reducing the inconvenience and cost of replacing batteries. The WSD505 Wireless Smoke Detector features a low profile design and blends in with any decor.
