Details: Alpha Communications 5556/004 4 Port Video Distributor Unit -12VDC
The Alpha Communications / Elvox 5556/004 video distributor unit is used with the 5601 and 5651 series video-intercom systems. The 5556/004 is used when the video signal from the lobby entry camera(s) must be split (distributed) to several coaxial cables.The 5556/004 gets its DC power from the system's power supply. All 5556/004 connections are positive screw terminal and coax clamp connector type.Each 5556/004 has four (4) video outputs. When multiple 5556/004's are used, for systems requiring more than four (4) outputs, multiple 5556/004 units may be "daisy-chained" to provide outputs in multiples of four (4).
