Communicating Door Kit: For use in conjunction with Baldwin patio deadbolt Includes: swivel spindle, rose and screw cover for oppsite side of Communicating Door Commonly found between two hotel rooms where a functional latch is still required, and limited space between doors does not allow for trim to be installed on exterior sides. Security between rooms is accomplished with a standard patio dead bolt. Latch & trim offer normal passage functionality on interior, while completing the aesthetic requirement of a complete trim set on the door.
