RIM TYPE EXIT DEVICE. For use in institutions, school, universities, commercial building where heavy duty reliable operation is a requirement. 45-RIM is a Cross bar narrow stile RIM type Exit Device.
Features & Construction
- Americans with Disability Act (ADA) compliant. 5lbs opening force on ADA product only.
- ANSI A156.3, Grade 1 Exit Device in Cross Bar Narrow stile Rim
- Trim are thru-bolted for additional security
- Conforms and meets ADA Regulations (ADA product only)
- UL305 & UL10C Fire Exit Hardware. 3 hours.
- (A) label rating on pairs of doors up to 8'0" × 8'0" swinging in same or opposite directions.
- All inside components are made up of high rust-resistant alloy or heavily electroplated steel.
- High shock resistant latching mechanical design for protection from vandalism.
- Uncompromising security and safety in single and double fire exit doors.
- Available in standard functions. Lever and escutcheon trims are Grade 1 construction trims
