The Mortise Lock is designed specifically with business owners in mind. Engineered for speed of installation, ease of use, and mixed functionality, the Mortise Lock is perfect for front doors, back doors, storeroom doors, offices, and more.

  • CEM100 key override model uses an ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 ASSA ABLOY ACCENTRA 8800 mortise lock for long life and durability. The CEM102 Key Free option is ANSI/BHMA A156.13 Certified Grade 1.
  • UL 10C 3-hour fire rating
  • IP67 weather resistant to allow full exposure to both sides of the door
