Q: What's included in my cruise?

A: Your Cruise Certificate entitles you and your spouse, or guest, to a 5 Day/4 Night cruise to Mexico, the Bahamas, or the Western Caribbean aboard a Super Luxury Liner from major cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean. It includes a beautiful interior stateroom, all onboard gourmet meals and snacks, 24-hour room service, and nightly entertainment.

Q: How long is my Cruise Certificate good for?

A: You have 18 months from the issue date to book and complete your cruise.

Q: Are there many sailing dates to choose from?

A: We inventory approximately 175 different sail dates, reserving large quantities of cabins on each cruise to provide a great selection.

Q: What kind of accommodations do I get?

A: You get a beautiful stateroom comparable to a 4-star hotel. Inside staterooms are tastefully decorated and include amenities such as 24-hour complimentary service.

Q: Can I get a nicer stateroom?

A: Yes. You can upgrade to a higher deck, ocean view, balcony, suite, or family cabin. There will be an additional upgrade fee based on the port, dates, and ship selected. All upgrades are subject to availability.

Q: Can I take a longer cruise and pay the difference?

A: Yes. Your cruise certificate can be extended up to an 8 Day/7 Night cruise vacation at our special group rates, subject to availability.

Q: What ports are available?

A: Jacksonville, Miami, Port Canaveral, Los Angeles, New Orleans, and Galveston. Other ports are occasionally offered and may be subject to a surcharge.

Q: What if we want to bring the kids or another couple?

A: You can bring additional cruise guests at our special group rate pricing. Kids or guests in the same stateroom are usually significantly discounted. Larger family staterooms are available for an additional fee.

Q: How much are the taxes & port charges?

A: The taxes, port charges, customs, and fulfillment fees are $46.60/person/day.
