Details: Jacknob 3250 Hinge Bracket Bottom Flat G-3 BTM w/ Zamac Material & Polished Chrome Finish
These pivot hinges are for commercial restroom doors that require a flat surface for mounting such at a wall or wide pilaster. Bottom hinges are adjustable and self-close by gravity with an added cam and pintle, while the top hinge secures the door with an additional 3" steel pin. Featuring die cast construction in Zamac #3 which has superb castability and finishing characteristics. Hinges have a durable bright chrome finish and available for either inswing or outswing doors.
