Details: Jacknob 3253 Hinge Bracket Bottom Flat G - w/ Stainless Steel Material & Satin Finish
These pivot hinges are for commercial restroom doors that require a flat surface for mounting such at a wall or wide pilaster. Bottom hinges are adjustable and self-close by gravity with an added cam and pintle, while the top hinge secures the door with an additional 3" steel pin. Featuring cast construction in 304 stainless steel which is the most versatile and widely used due to its corrosion resistance. Hinges are finished in a brushed #4 satin and available for either inswing or outswing doors.
