Commercial grade restroom doors restroom door hinges. Surface mounted flush to the door and pilaster, these hinges include a complete set of assemblies: (2) top and (1) bottom. Available in
either a medium duty (70 lb. max door weight) or heavy duty (90 lb. max door weight). Hinges are adjustable, gravity close type and are emergency access ready if needed. Constructed of stamped or cast 304 stainless steel with a #4 satin finish.
