Heavy duty hinges for commercial restroom doors are surface mounted flush to the door and pilaster. Hinge sets include complete top and bottom assemblies and require both door and post screw packs for installation. Gravity close hinges are adjustable and feature stamped 304 stainless steel construction with a #4 satin finish. Heavy duty hinges support a max door weight of 90lbs.
