Designed for the Security Professional or Home Automation Expert, the Series 1000 Alarm Panel Valve Controller with Leak Detection can be installed and integrated into homes or businesses existing security alarm systems, integrated into home automations systems, and used by itself to monitor for leaks and turn off a water valve when a leak is detected.

Series 1000 Alarm Panel Valve Controller with Leak Detection has additional internal terminal connections to allow you to control the valve, get feedback on valve position, power the device and control other devices using a built-in double-pole form C relay. It is literally the Swiss Army Knife of Leak Gophers!

The Series 1000 Alarm Panel Valve Controller with Leak Detection has connection terminals that allow the Leak Gopher valve to be controlled by contact closures from a conventional security system. If your security system has water sensors, simply program the system to close a normally open contact when a water sensor gets wet and connect that contact to terminals on the Leak Gopher. When the contact closes the water will be turned off. You can use another set of terminals to open the valve if you choose. There is also a set of terminals to power the Leak Gopher form the 12VDC power supply in the alarm panel or you can power it using the 12-volt power adapter that is included. There are also two normally open and normally closed terminals to control other devices as you desire.

The Series 1000 Alarm Panel Valve Controller with Leak Detection comes with a water sensor that can be placed wherever you are concerned about a water leak. Multiple water sensors can be attached to the Leak Gopher using standard telephone wires and connectors. If any of them get wet, the Leak Gopher instantly turns off the water protecting your home or business.
