The 2173 is a bolt-cutter proof puck lock. The Unique Lock-to-Hasp fastening design means you'll never lose your lock again! Only retail hasp that is zinc plated then powdercoated for the best rust protection! Carriage bolts not included (size: 3/8"-16).
