The brass 255x5 Series Flat Saddle Threshold is welded to achieve a 10" width. It's designed to span a given area, usually under a door. It has a height clearance of .5" which aids in insulating a room and creates a smooth transition between two floor surfaces. Length is custom cut to size. It's barrier-free, fire-rated, and certified by BHMA and UL10C.
