Details: Pemko FM_SLI Short Leaf Inset Continuous Geared Hinge
The FM_SLI Series Short Leaf Inset Continuous Geared Hinge is designed for new door applications and is available in standard, heavy, and extra heavy duty models. This hinge is specifically designed for hollow metal doors with a thickness ranging between 1-3/4" - 2-1/4" where inset conforms to SDI specifications for aligning doors and frames. Additionally, it can be customized to fit different lengths and is available with modifications such as a hospital tip and fire pins.

- Standard, heavy, and extra heavy duty versions available
- Use with hollow metal doors that are 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" thick
- Certain door and frame conditions may require an extra 1/32"-1/16" clearance
- Applied to conceal both leaves for safety and security
- For hollow metal frames where inset conforms to SDI specifications for aligning doors and frames
- Designed for applications where safety is a concern
- Guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for the life of the opening
- Increases the life of the door by distributing the door weight evenly
- Bearing design eliminates premature wear and guarantees proper alignment
- Assembly is anodized after all machining is done, providing a longer lasting finish
