Details: Pemko XG90KIT Excessive Gap Solution w/ Stop Extender
The XG90KIT consists of the HSS20XGxS773 Combination Intumescent and Silicone Gasket and the XG900SP Stop Extender. This kit is UL classified for 90 minutes and brings fire-rated doors with excessive vertical and head gaps back into spec.

- HSS20XG is a PVC-encased, high performing intumescent with adhesive backing
- S773 is a triple-fin, high-temperature, silicone fire gasket with adhesive backing
- XG900SP Stop Extender is used on vertical jamb legs only
- UL Classified for use on openings with gaps in excess of those outlined in NFPA 80
- Rated up to 90-minutes and suitable for use on steel composite, hollow metal doors, wood and plastic-covered composite core doors
- Required to be used on openings with vertical gaps greater than 1/8? and up to 3/8?
- Certifications: UL 10C - Standard for Positive Pressure Fire Tests of Door Assemblies
