Reliance 50 Gallon Tall Natural Gas Water Heater with 40,000 BTU. It has an electronic gas control valve that provides precise temperature control and operational status. A piezo igniter allows for easy 1-hand pilot ignition without matches. It has a pex dip tube, glass-lined tank with anode rod protects against corrosion, non-CFC foam insulation, factory-installed pex polymer-lined heat trap nipples, factory-installed temperature and pressure relief valve. It is not for use in inside closets where a direct vent design is required. Water connection is located at the top of the tank. Water connection size: 3/4". Vent size: 3" or 4". Rated storage volume: 48. First hour rating: 84 gallons. UEF: 0.61. EF: 0.60. Complies with ultra low Nox requirements in California of less than 10 ng/J Nox emissions. Unit dimensions: 60 3/4"Hx20"D. 6-year limited tank and parts warranty. 1-year labor warranty.
