Reliance 50 Gallon Natural Gas Short Power Vent Water Heater. It is Energy Star Qualified and has a 40,000 BTU rating. It has a 3 position rotatable capability blower and a 120V power cord. It must be electrically grounded. Horizontal & vertical vent runs up to 180 equivalent feet with 4" diameter venting. Schedule 40 vent piping system with PVC, ABS, or CPVC pipe. Vent distance up to 180', with 4" pipe, 2" insulation. Self cleaning diffuser end Pex dip tube. Glass lining. Hot surface igniter. No standing pilot. First hour rating 90. Recovery at a 90-Degree rise-GPH 44.7. UEF: 0.72. EF: 0.70. Anode rod. Installed T & P relief valve. Electronic gas control for more precise temperature control.
