The 10 Series Checkmate stop and holder is an adjustable, suface-mounted unit designed for moderate traffic, medium-weight interior doors.

  • Moderate traffic, medium weight door applications
  • Degree of opening is fully adjustable and can be adapted to changing needs
  • Surface mounted
  • Adjustable, slide track arm
  • For use on interior, single acting doors
  • Maximum opening is 110 degrees
  • Multi-function unit is shipped as a stop; can be converted to a hold open or friction in field. 5012-PKG (adapter kit) included
  • Standard door thickness is 1-3/4"
  • Friction, hold open, stop and multi-functions
  • 3/4" square channel
  • Heavy shock absorber spring provides compression before dead stop
  • Durable slider cam and shock block
  • Complete screw packet with thru-bolts for door, plus wood and machine screws for frame
  • For security areas, Torx screws are optional
  • Can be used on doors that do not have surface or floor closers
  • Stop is independent of any door closing hardware
