Details: Rixson 28 Center Hung Floor Closer, Single Acting
The 28 is a single-acting, center-hung floor closer designed with a centering arm with adjustable screws for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 350lbs. This allows the closer to be removed without demounting the door for threshold applications.

- Cycolac, rust-proof cement case
- Not allowed for fire rated doors
- Frame stop required on the header at lock side; if not supplied by frame manufacturer, Norton Rixson 60131 recommended
- Extended spindles available in 1/2" increments up to 2" longer than standard
- Optional arm reinforcement bracket for wood doors, prefix W
- Sizes up to 4' 0" × 8' 6"
