The 30 is a double-acting, center-hung floor closer designed for standard door frame installation for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 200lbs. Includes closer body only, Less all parts.

- Double acting, non-handed
- Interior or exterior doors
- 340 top pivot included
- Available non-hold open (N) or automatic hold open (A) at 90° (requires 93° swing) or 100 (requires 103° swing)
- Maximum door opening 103°
- Centering arm with adjusting screws in face of door (critical for double acting doors)
- Adjustable closing speed valves for each direction of door swing
- Mechanism returns door to center
- Auxiliary door stop required, overhead or floor type
- Not allowed for fire rated doors
- Available with floor plate or threshold installation
- Furnished with wood and machine screws
- Extended spindles available in 1/2" increments up to 2" longer than standard
- Sizes up to 4' 0" × 8' 6"
- Door weight up to 200lbs.
