The 5040 is a single-acting, center-hung, shallow depth floor closer designed for standard glass door installation for interior doors weighing up to 200lbs. Includes closer body only, Less all parts.

- Single acting, handed
- Interior, full glass doors
- Special top pivot included
- Specify spring size 3 or 4 when ordering
- Top and bottom patch fittings for tempered glass doors 3/8" - 1/2" thick
- Available non-hold open (NBC) or automatic hold open (ABC); specify 90° or 105°
- Separate and independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck
- Floor plate standard; for threshold application, an extended spindle is required (there is no vertical adjustment)
- Interchangeable spindle adapters
- Cycolac, rust-proof cement case
- Door sizes up to 3'6" × 8'0" (1067-2438mm)
- Door weight up to 200lbs.
