The F5310 is an independently-hung, shallow-depth floor closers designed for standard door frame installation for interior doors weighing up to 250lbs.
Features
- Single acting, handed
- Interior doors
- Used as a concealed floor closer for independently hung doors (butt hinges, pocket pivots, or continuous hinges)
- Closer does not support the weight of door (hanging means must be specified when ordering)
- Specify spring size 3, 4, or 5 when ordering
- Auxiliary stop recommended
- Includes closer, mortised rail, and arm with slider
- Maximum swing 90°
- Separate independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck
- Interchangeable spindle adapters
- Floor plate standard (for threshold applications a 1/2" extended spindle is required)
- F5310: For use in 90° pocket door installations where closer is located in the pocket (can only be used with F519 pocket pivots)
- Extended spindles available in 1/2" increments up to 2" longer than standard
- Door width up to 4' 0"
- Door weight up to 250lbs.
