The H40 is a double-acting, center-hung floor closer designed for thick, extra heavy door installation for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 1000lbs. Includes closer body only, Less all parts.

Double acting, non-handed
Interior or exterior doors (primary means of egress should not use double-acting closers) weighing up to 1000lbs.
H340 top pivot included
Available non-hold open (N) or automatic hold open (A) at 90° (requires 93° swing) or 100 (requires 103° swing)
Maximum door opening 103°
For thick, extra heavy doors (2" min. thickness)
Door sizes up to 4'0" × 8'6" (1219 × 2591mm)
Adjustable closing speed valves for each direction of door swing
Mechanism returns door to center
Auxiliary door stop required, overhead or floor type
Not allowed for fire rated doors
Available with floor plate or threshold installation
Steel cement case
This arm does not allow door centering adjustment (not recommended for pairs of doors)
