The HM27 is a 3/4" offset-hung floor closer designed for 1-3/4" hollow metal door and frame installation for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 250lbs.

- Designed for stock hollow metal doors and frames with standard weight 4-1/2" hinge preparation
- Available non-hold open (N) or selective hold open (S) at same degree as dead stop
- Built-in positive dead stop prevents doors from swinging beyond the desired opening degree; specify 85°, 90°, 95°
- Separate independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck
- Maximum door swing 95
- Available with floor plate or threshold installation
- Cycolac, rust-proof cement case
- Includes three special steel 4-1/2" ball bearing standard weight hinges with 3/4" offsetl doors over 90" in height warrant an additional hinge
- Surface mounted bottom arm with thru-bolts
- Furnished with 1/2 wood and full machine screws
