The Q27 is a 3/4" offset-hung floor closer designed for 1-3/4" door frame installation for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 350lbs. Includes closer body only, Less all parts.

- One M19 intermediate pivot included (closer cannot be ordered without the intermediate pivot)
- Available non-hold open (N) or selective hold open (S) at same degree as dead stop
- Built-in positive dead stop prevents doors from swinging beyond the desired opening degree; specify 85°, 90°, 95°
- Separate independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck
- Vertical door adjustment
- 3/4" offset only
- Cycolac, rust-proof cement case
- Doors 60" (1524mm) to 90" (2286mm) in height should use one intermediate pivot - each additional 30" (762mm) warrants another intermediate pivot
- Mortise arm with thru-bolt attachment
- Furnished with wood and machine screws
