The QT51 is a 3/4" offset-hung, shallow-depth floor closer designed for 1 3/4" door installation for interior doors weighing up to 250lbs.

- 180 top pivot included
- One M19 intermediate pivot included (closer cannot be ordered without the intermediate pivot)
- Specify spring size 3, 4, or 5 when ordering
- Doors will swing 5° beyond hold open point
- Available non-hold open (NBC) or automatic hold open (ABC); specify 90° or 105°
- Mortise arm with thru bolt attachment
- Separate independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck
- Vertical door adjustment
- Interchangeable spindle adapters
- Extended spindles available in 1/2" increments up to 2" longer than standard
- Doors up to 90" (2286mm) in height should use one intermediate pivot (included) - each additional 30" (762mm) warrants another intermediate pivot
- Door width up to 4' 0" (1219mm)
- Door weight up to 250lbs.
