Super Lube Silicone Heat Sink Compound is used in electronics and other applications to transfer hear away from sensitive components. It is made from a mixture of pure silicone oil and thermally conductive metal oxide powder.
Super Lube silicone heat sink will not dry out, harden, or melt and provides a highly efficient interface between an electronic device and its heat sink or chassis. Ideal for use with computer cases, CPUs, and heat-sensitive electronic components.
