Details: TownSteel m-Genius-S Grade 1 Mechanical Interconnected Lock, Sectional Trim
The m-Genius with sectional (S) trim is an ideal lock for residential homes, offices, and commercial spaces. This mechanical lock is the only double lock providing the ability to lock and unlock an interconnected deadlatch and deadbolt with ease.
When the door is closed, the lever will not retract the deadlatch or deadbolt, providing instant lock security. For additional security with extended deadbolt, simply lift the lever from both sides or turn the thumbturn from inside of your property. To reentry or exit, simply use keys to unlock and/or push the lever downwards with single motion.
