- Case
- 1" x 6" steel, zinc plated
- Security
- When in locked position, the auxiliary bolt is engaged by pushing against the strike creating additional security to the latchbolt.
- Backsets
- 31/32", 1-1/8", and 1-1/2" available. (1-1/2" available for Aluminum only).
- Key
- A reverse turn of the key (while bolt is held retracted) retains the latchbolt, to allow two way traffic for buildings that require free entrance at times and exit only at other times.
- Face Plates
- 1" X 6-7/8" aluminum or duronodic beveled
- Cylinders
- Both mortise locks accept any standard 1-5/32" mortise cylinder or thumbturn, with proper cylinder cam, from either/or both sides.
- Usability
- Provides flexibility of traffic control during & after business hours. It incorporates a key-controlled bolt holdback feature.
- Latchbolt
- 5/8" x 1" x 1/2" throw, non-handed. Easily reversed with a screwdriver. Zinc alloy with delrin plastic insert to ensure quiet strike latching.
- Auxilary Bolt
- Zinc diecast. Deadlocks latchbolt, and prevents jimmying opening the latchbolt with knife-like objects or tools.
