Driveway, Concrete & Masonry Cleaner Concentrate makes quick work of removing hard-to-remove stains, including tire marks, oil and grease. The concentrated solution makes up to 20 gallons of cleaners. It is ideally suited for use on quarry tile, brick, asphalt and concrete surfaces, including driveways, walkways and patios.

- Cleaner may dissolve protective coatings and sealers and may require refinishing. Test product for surface compatibility in an inconspicuous area, rinse and allow to dry before proceeding. Saturate plants, shrubs and grass adjacent to cleaning area with water before, during and after cleaning. 1. Dilute product according to the dilution ratios listed below. 2. Apply with a mop or pump sprayer. Scrub using a floor machine or deck brush on concrete floors. 3. To prevent damage, allow contact time of no more than 1 minutes and do not allow to dry before rinsing. 4. Rinse thoroughly with water, using a mop and wringer or pressure washer. Rust stains will most likely require an acid based cleaner, such as Zep Commercial Calcium, Lime & Rust Remover. Some soils may penetrate concrete and become permanent stains. DILUTION RATIOS- Light Soils- Mix 6 oz. cleaner with 1 gallon of hot water for use on concrete, masonry and asphalt. Medium Soils- Mix 12 oz. cleaner with 1 gallon of hot water for use on greasy concrete, masonry and asphalt. Heavy Soils- Mix 26 oz. cleaner with 1 gallon of hot water for use on greasy concrete and masonry, or increase up to 5/5 for difficult stains.
