Details: ZERO 19 Cushion-Spring Seal, Finish-Bronze
This Zero metal cushion-spring weatherstrip and sound barrier seal for door and window frames provides excellent protection from outside elements and sound infiltration. It is easily applied to the perimeter of the doorframe with screws or wood nails.
The strong, flexible gauge metal firmly compresses when the door or window is closed and snaps back into place when opened. Its extreme sealing efficiency makes it appropriate for inclusion in EMI/RFI (Electromagnetic Interference and Radio Frequency Interference) Sealing Systems. Systems are groups of products that, when installed together, achieve a goal such as advanced soundproofing, sealing, or weatherproofing of an opening (see applications tab, product19W).
The EMI/RFI Door Sealing System consists of multiple head, jamb and saddle seals that block electromagnetic and radio frequency interference at door openings. The system has practical applications for laboratories, hospitals, brokerage houses, embassies, and in companies using rooms with sensitive electronic equipment
