Details: ZERO 265 Rabbeted Threshold, 5", Neoprene Stop
This Zero #265 Latching Panic Exit Threshold, made of Aluminum Mill Finish, can be used in conjunction with a surface applied vertical rod exit device. It is fitted with a Neoprene Bulb which compresses against the door to create a solid seal. It is fire and smoke rated and will prevent air, wind and water infiltration. Length is custom cut to size.
