ZERO 3544 Door Shoe, Aluminum/Mortised/Brush

This mortised door shoe is ideal for designer doors or high end applications, since it provides a reliable sill protection while maintaining the look of the door. It is comprised of a fully mortised aluminum casing which is inserted within a slot of .782" (w) × .24" (h).

The track is fitted with a high quality triple nylon brush insert which fills door-to-floor gaps and prevents infiltration of light, drafts, moisture, sound, and insects. The nylon bristles remain flexible in all weather conditions and conforms well to surface irregularities. They can be used over uneven surfaces, such as a tiled area.
