ZERO 5 Jamb 2 1/8" Lower Sash

These Zero #500_5000 metal weatherstrips are compatible with double-hung wooden windows. When installed along the jambs of the lower sash, the protruding design corresponds with a cut out in the window frame and interlocks to create a barrier, which prevents rattling due to faulty installation and draft infiltration. Available in three designs, and comes in your choice of either Zinc or Bronze Mill Finish.

This lower jamb metal weatherstrip comes in three designs, with a return flange, ridged, and smooth (see product specs and applications tab). A return flange allows for smooth sliding of the window as well aids in closing a slightly larger gap around the window frame . A ridged design aids in larger gap closure between the frame and jambs. The smooth design is the thinnest, requiring the least clearance between the frame and jambs.
