ZING AED Inspection Tags provide an inspection checklist and a date table to record the name of the inspector and date of the inspection. The tags are made in the USA from rigid, .055 gauge recycled plastic, and measure 5.75"H × 3"W with a 0.5" hole. The tags are suitable for indoor or outdoor use, are easy to write on, and hold up against water, grease and a variety of chemicals.
The tags exceed OSHA's 50 lb. pull strength requirement. Zing Lockout Tags are UL Validated for recycled content, and support sustainability initiatives and LEED credits. Sold 10/pk.
