Details: Norton 7200 Electromechanical Door Closer/Holder

The 7200 Series electromechanical closer/holder combines the functionality of an electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series door closer.

Features

  • Multi-point hold open
  • Fixed spring sizes 3, 4, or 5
  • Push or pull side mounting (frame mounted)
  • Adjustable sweep and latch speed valves
  • Handed
  • Adjustable backcheck cushioning and position valve
  • Selective hold open (SHO) allows door to hold open at any degree of opening beyond a pre-set hold open point, up to 175°
  • Metal covers
  • Fail safe: solenoid will de-energize in the event of power failure
  • Concealed or surface wiring
  • Minimum 4" ceiling required
  • Auxiliary door stop is required for doors opening beyond 125° (pull side mounting)
