Providing automatic closure in the event of fire or emergency, the 2900 Fire Guard Electromechanical Closer-Holder features multi-position hydraulic hold-open that otherwise allows doors to be held open during normal building operation. With a remote release option, the 2900 Fire Guard meets fire and building codes requiring doors to be self-closing to prevent the spread of fire and smoke.
